School district now can issue punishments based on what's on Web
Blogs that depict Libertyville or Vernon Hills high school students involved in illegal or inappropriate behavior could officially lead to disciplinary action under a much-publicized policy adopted Monday night.The Libertyville-Vernon Hills Area High School District 128 board unanimously approved the policy by updating the codes of conduct for students in athletic, fine arts and extracurricular programs.
